It's on the man in the red shirts head.
I know this because he approach my son and I as we left the Sony theater on 68th street and said: "Hi cool cats" and then we glanced up and he had a cat on his head. He was looking for a donation - and we demurred - but moments later we saw tourists digging in their purse for some cash. We wished we'd had a camera - now we have evidence that "Cat head man" exists.
